Your guests already know the way back.

The second booking is the one you keep.

Calendar sync

No double bookings, no new channel manager.

Every major platform publishes your availability as an iCal link. VacaBookly reads those links, and gives you one of its own to paste back in.

  • Reads your platform calendarsAirbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Calendar or any .ics link.
  • Shares your direct bookings backEach platform imports your VacaBookly link and blocks those nights.
  • You approve every requestPlatforms refresh imported calendars on their own schedule, sometimes hours apart. Approval closes that gap.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to leave Airbnb or Vrbo?

No. Keep your listings for new guests. VacaBookly is for the people who already know your place and would rather deal with you.

Can I message past platform guests my link?

Don't send it through the platform's messaging, since their terms don't allow steering guests off-platform there. Put a card in the house, add the link to your house guide, and share it with guests who reach out to you directly.

How fast does availability update?

Your site checks each platform's calendar link every few minutes. The platforms pull your direct bookings on their own schedule, which can take a few hours. That's why direct bookings arrive as requests you approve.

How do guests pay?

Once you accept a request, the guest gets a secure card checkout. Payouts go to your bank account. (Payments are not wired up in this prototype.)

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Point a domain like larchpointcabin.com at your site, or use a vacabookly.com address.

Bring your calendar links. We'll do the rest.
